If you’re comfortable pricing out families that have been in the area for decades, the time to buy in Uptown is now, with $325k 3 bed 2 baths growing on trees, you heartless monster. You’ll also be a quick walk to Asia on Argyle which is home to the one and only tank-themed Vietnamese restaurant in Chicago, Tank Noodle, which is a living reminder of the first war that American democracy unwantedly reared its ugly head into. Sounds like a date night!
