Wolf Point Owners LLC is a subsidiary of Park Holdings Group LLC, the Kennedy family’s principal investment entity. Yes, we’re talking about that Kennedy family. The journey started in 1949 after Wolf Point Owners made an initial land acquisition to maintain an ownership stake in the building’s site. OK, I don’t golf, but this is the coolest building I’ve been in all year. Well, Wolf, point, come check this out. So they have it’s like golf area, little lounge area. If so many games in cool artistic things here, the designer did a top notch. I mean, one hundred and ten percent a plus job here. It is so cool if wet bar right here, refrigeration and ice. Of course you know how much these ice makers cost.

A lot. It’s like ridiculously expensive. Over a thousand bucks TV lounge set up right over here. All the pillows nice and chopped and manicured. Perfect. Waiting for you to just come and hang up. Real full sized pool table here. Great design to check this out. Come here and see how the legs go down and up. Of course, that ping pong.

Percent of these like these random things like this everywhere. And my favorite thing, the coolest part of this entire place, our shrine. So Chicago is one and only Michael Jordan.

All the jazz up on the wall, ready for your display, just giving it that artistic touch.

And I mean, they even have their own ping pong paddles.

This is people working, keeping it a little quiet, but nice on the other lounge area right here, which is awesome. Real monopoly’s that another space right in here. Feel the ceiling height, feel how tall it is. There’s so much everywhere. And all this has outdoor areas all around.

Check this out. I mean, look where we are. We’re downtown, but we’re not we’re in river north, but we’re not I mean, we’re in one point. This is its own neighborhood. It’s onto itself. But we’re right by the bridges. Easy to get around everything. And then you just come right here.

Great living room. Awesome kitchen, like you’re hanging out with your friends, you want to get out of the unit, you want to spend some time here. This is what you need if you like school. I mean, everything about this is so warm and so well fashioned, like the colors. Look, this is like a like a cabernet color. Here you have gold everywhere. Just the design of it is so nice and feels so good as we go through.

One layer here, another layer there is warming trace of have warming trace with all your stuff warm and dry, you can decide to freeze microwave another city. Everything here, I mean, just look at this room. Can’t just flush by this room, but now you have meetings. You can really enjoy yourself. It’s going to look up here. You see this if all this wood paneling that looks so elegant, so nice.

We’re Wolf Point, one of the coolest buildings ever been in awesome views from the 40 second for Adam almost died. We’re in this one bedroom. Really good space designed really well. And it’s hard to look past all the staging. Right, because you want to look at the fundamentals of the unit to have a good view.

Check this to have a usable and functional kitchen.

Check your stainless steel appliances. Check. I like to you can tell us the luxury building because they give this front panel here all the cheap stuff has it in the back. That a nice backsplash back here, very clean, nice quartz countertops everywhere, grippe list cabinets, no hardware anywhere. All soft clothes.

Right. Very good storage all throughout tons and tons, and there’s garbage disposal. Of course, it’s all whirlpool appliances.

Great having my house, my storage right here. I really like this setup.

I mean, I don’t know if this is truly practical, but it’s great staging. But this really sets it off.

You have a real full sized washer and dryer right here, Trucco Closet.

I just feel like these units are designed so well, this whole building. Everyone thought of everything. They thought, you know what? I’m going to design this as if I was living here. I want something that actually works and didn’t fall in time. And TV on the wall couch, very straightforward design, no wasted space in hallways or other places in the bedroom and then have the bathroom.

Good sized room here.

This feels about 12 by 13 or so. And then nice large walk in closet right here. Got stuff from Soul Cycle, all these designer brands to show you like, hey, this is a designer unit. You paint this this interesting purple color, which they painted the door to kind of cool. So Linkin Park door, it’s all done well, it’s well organized. We have nine foot ceilings in here. All the window treatments are integrated into the unit.

You don’t have to do anything here.

Bring your own personal touches, share the bathroom nationwide. Easy to navigate, easy to get into. Very straightforward, very clean, same cabinetry.

And here all grigoris, all soft clothes, color bowls. It’s great. I can’t think of what else you want. You see how many, many levels we have.

We have male amenity, fitness, duck lobby, another emeny level. This is unreal.

This is more than I’ve ever seen in any building. We were just blown away showing this.

I’m so happy to see more. The pool is great. The outside is great. But look straight down. We’re just looking down, down Chicago, seeing the scene in itself.

You’re going to love this building. We noticed this, we’re moving around. We don’t need Fobbs for everything. Like why do you have to use a FOB after you’re already in the building? You know, like you got in through this front. The key in they let you in. You’re good to go. You’ll find it’s easy access. You have to get that thing and fumble with it every single time.

Awesome pool. I know one of these days I’m going to fall in. It’s going to be terrible, but for now it’s not happening. I love this textured wall. This like this. If all these panels all the way through the speakers I just noticed it’s this. They have speakers integrated into the furniture. You don’t even know this was here, but you’re getting like surround sound throughout this entire building. I’ve been hearing over there, hearing over there.

I don’t even know where it’s coming from, but I’ve heard it. And that’s why they have integrated speakers and sound systems can turn everything down. Oh, you’re too loud. You can’t hear me. So I’m going to turn it off. How cool is that? I don’t want to hear me. That’s a great song. I love that song. But it’s time to be a wolf point to enjoy the space. Look at this blue. This is so well done on a stacked pattern.

Beautiful. Look, this is something that you’d have to be so bold to put in your house so you don’t end up doing it because you need something a little lighter, a little softer on your palette. But when you go out, you want something like this, you see it. But we’re in a commercial space. We’re not in a bar. We are, though. We’re in the building. You just bring your own booze. Right, as if the other outdoor space wasn’t enough.

If this one right here, I don’t know about you. I don’t know where this building is going to be when the time comes. But I love watching these projects. So I’d come here every day just to watch the steady growth building after building after building right here. You can watch that and you can have a firepit. I bet this is the fire. It’s got to be a firepit. All this awesome, awesome furniture all the way through here.

Come on, look at these views. Look, look down here. This is the city. But not like I don’t want to live in River North necessarily, but I want to be around it all. That’s what we are with. This awesome campus feels like a campus here in the Riverwalk. We didn’t talk about that. You see all this all going on in the city just keeps expanding. I keep getting a bigger and bigger and bigger so businesses can open up here and hang out in the river.

You just walk down like the stairway to get down here is right there. OK, you’re there. You’re here. Come on.

Great pool, looks like like three feet over there, four feet over here. So one, it’s so nice.

Take moleskins. I love these things I used to always keep on my back pocket so many famous people, including eventually animals, get in there with them.

Well, with such cool unit, just design all this stuff here so well. But it’s so spacious. It’s so well laid out. There’s propolis cabinets everywhere, really clean, really open, nice and spacious, great appliances, nice backsplash in the full wall. I like the tones. I really like this lighter hue they did on the cabinets here.

This living room, coat closet. Right. Their living room is nice and open all the space. You need great views all the way through.

You can see the trains moving right now. Everywhere in this building, everything we’ve seen. It’s just magnificent. If the smartwatch for your key system you have, it will be for your temperature. You can control everything virtually. And they even have micro USB right here.

Check this out. Now we’re living in the future. There’s tons of space. We’re in a great location and these bedrooms are really good sized. Come on in. So this is about 12 by 13, all the space you need. And then you have a nice walk in closet to work with here.

Tons of space, floor-to-ceiling, windows throughout fantastic amenities. If you haven’t seen them. I mean, huge, unbelievable. Super nice. It’s like a restaurant without a restaurant, plus all the things in three or four different levels. Great seeing great countertops, space often lacking in the countertops space. And then we might be looking at something like, I’d rather have a double take. Maybe you would, maybe you would. Depends who you are. But this is really nice.

Same cabinetry. I love that they did the vertical storage unit here, lots of space, what you need and then a nice soaking up. You know, you don’t always want to stand up shower. Everyone is doing stand up showers now and I get it. I understand why, but a lot of people like tub’s I love the vertical stack tile. Very good looking. Every floor I get off, I don’t even know where to go. It’s like here they’re going to come and ask.

There’s like a cold everywhere, such a cold spell, chairman. Real lockers like I like this because it’s the new building, but it gives it kind of an iconic vintage high school locker room feel to it. But everything else is nice. It doesn’t matter. Right. So it’s it’s the old in the new combine to create something that’s better than both a real sauna guys, someone who’s just using us, but like, easy for person sauna. I miss this so much because covid has killed all the gym sanghas.

Right. Well, you can use it in your building if you live here. Plus the sports shower right here. Easy rinse off. Just bring bring your own sow stalls and normal stuff over there. Pretty straightforward.

Let’s go check out some units where this awesome to bed two bath wolf point.

It’s one of the coolest buildings I’ve ever seen. There’s stuff everywhere. There’s so many different Mendis awesome countertops, kautz percentile backsplash, great cabinetry, all soft clothes. I like the tutone. They still have the slick design of top whirlpool appliances, nice large single bowl sink. Why do they have the divider in the middle like doesn’t fit your pots and pans.

This is a model you can tell it’s never been lived in space is really nice. There’s a real dining room space. Real living space. Oh you mean like tight living space. You know, I can actually sit here comfortably without having to move things to get around. This couch is cool to design the couch like curves in and bathroom right over here. So this is essentially your guest bath. So single sink and then you have a shower right behind.

They’ve stacked all these tiles vertically with very nice.

You can tell whoever designed this never lived in California or a place where you get earthquakes. I showed a place like this once. The person was like, unbelievable, couldn’t believe that we’d ever do this because they’re from California to get earthquakes anyway. Good size room, second bedroom walk in closet, really good space in here.

I mean, I can do a full wingspan, so that’s at least six to get all these areas back. You can go to the store and you actually just buy the bag. They’re like seven dollars a lot, but just a stage. Do all these things and this is your hallway. And this is why I really like about this unit. It’s a house, right?

You get if you receive something, if you have a delivery, you’re accepting people. They come in like, oh, nice.

Oh it’s cool. I’ll put my coat here. That’s nice. And oh, this is where you do your laundry. Oh my God.

Look at that view. Like that’s what we’re dealing with, with a real home in the sky show the master right through here. Double sync, stand up shower, got love, more staging stuff.

These things are so funny. Looks like it’s out of the ocean doesn’t it. Like I put on my skin. Let’s see.

They have color fixtures everywhere. Great vertical storage integrated into the wall here. Super nice. And everyone needs this in their bathroom. Everyone needs more storage. Very well done here. Right into the master closet. Good size, four arms fan, lots of hanging, lots of open space.

I like how they’ve organized this. Here’s for all your dresses or gowns. Here’s the man or woman, the other person, partner, whatever. OK, I’m not trying to be whoever lives here, but they laid it out very well. Good size room now is the model and they do the model. They don’t always give the best view because why this room just sits vacant. They can’t rent it. They can’t do anything with it just for selling the apartment.

So what they do is they’ll show you this and they’ll show you a vacant unit with a better view. But this is even a bad view. But this is the bad view, you know what I’m saying? Like, this is still great. You get to look out here and see all of this happening. You can watch this building being built. Like, to me, that’s one of the coolest things in the world.

If I lived in this unit, I’d have a time lapse GoPro on this every single day. Just watch this building.

Oh, my God. Dog lovers, animal people. You’re going to love this space. I mean, if your pet wasn’t spoiled already, you don’t have to get this rumor anymore.

You can do your own trimming. Even I have like a big dog station and come here.

Look at this. Look like some company makes special hooks just for these dog things. But imagine you can clean a horse in here like this is so big. I love how they have these halfway down, too. So easy to access. You can spray in control. You imagine having like one hundred and fifty pound dog here, you could actually clean it and then you have these stalls for anything smaller. The dog has a nice stepping stone to get up.

Look at this and then you have an area over there. You can put your things in the meanwhile, if you want to take a break while the dog’s drying off, you can go outside and have a cocktail and then to separate it from the rest of it. No, I love to.

This is all done with a garage floor. Parmer So they’re protecting the whole level. Like this is all just waterproof the drains in the floor.

This is so cool and this isn’t this is just one part of this for like we’ve spent over an hour doing these amenities. I’ll show you more. Come on. Look at these lights.

It is so cool. I am just continuously impressed by the quality of this building. Look at this wall. OK, these are normally called Schluter strips, but they like it’s a whole other size that I’ve never seen before. They have something that feels like a restaurant where you one of your own dining space. You can do this private dining thing right here. How cool is that? Then they have this, which is like a restaurant, but there’s no servers like you cook outside.

You do the grilling and you come in here and you eat your food on your own. But this feels like a true restaurant. That’s what this is. They have booths, they have tables, they have lounges, they have outdoor seating. You can do everything you want here. I am so impressed with this building. On top of that, if you look at the space we just walk through, it is so impressive. There is so much here.

We’ve done so well with like 20 foot ceilings here. I mean, this is this is so nice. It feels so rich and grand. You know, no matter what’s going on, the world didn’t come up here to escape and enjoy the space and remember why we moved in here, why you’re in Chicago. Wherever you’re out of your mind and you plan on doing the skyscrapers, it pushes you to do it. It pushes you to make the move, to do what you need to to afford a place like this.

Because this comes with a career. This comes with wherever you’re achieving in your life, whatever you’re going towards. This matches that image.

When you’re living in a studio, it’s important that you’re living space is separate from your sleeping space, werewolf point tower. And they’ve done that very, very well. Perfect place for a sofa right here.

It’s a little tight, but no, this is all staged. So, you know, if you’re not going to have this enormous thing in your place, you’re going to be able to have a nice larger sofa in your TV’s right on the wall. I love this little things. And I would do something like this. Basically, this is where your whole TV set it’s going to be. And then nice large kitchen space right here, triplet cabinets, all soft clothes, really a good amount of space for oven, full dishwasher, nothing smaller.

Nothing is compact because it is a studio. You’re still having the grand living that you want and then your bed’s right here and you can just, you know, come home and relax without being reminded that you’re in a studio in this room.

That’s what I love about it. I mean, I’m right here and I can go to bed and like, I just feel like I’m in a room, like I’m in a house and a nice comfy space.

And that’s what you want to have a closet that’s over here to the side and just, you know, keep the place up and I’ll give you the guests over.

Lots of storage here, lots of space washer dryer unit. Of course, these are full size, too. These aren’t small compact units. You find a lot of building beautiful things.

No compromises in the bathroom either. Full size for tile, nice large value, just like thirty six inches at least. This is like 40 inches. This is a really good space. And then, you know, a former closet right here.
