Hey, come on, look at this view, we’re looking at like 30 foot ceilings. An enormous room, awesome place, entertained with one of the best views I think you can get anywhere in the city. Now, there’s some construction over there, but if you really look at this, I don’t know where it’s going to be, but it’s going to be offset from the road. I think this is going to be pretty clear for a long time.
[01:02]
At least half of this definitely is. That’s really the most magnificent part, right? So look at this, we’re at North and Vine, North Vine is this building, it’s where Chicago’s newest apartment buildings, such a cool place. It’s in between the Clybourn corridor and the Gold Coast in Lincoln Park, an old town. It’s like right in the middle. It’s this great, strangely great location that I really enjoy. You walk to either you’re right in the middle of it, which right here there’s nothing.
[01:35]
But it’s kind of cool, right? Because you can get to everything so easily. Set up the space to these lights. This hangout area is so cool. So tall, so vertical, it feels so much larger than it is, but what a great entertaining area you can turn on this fireplace right here if you want illuminates. Let’s go out here.
[02:11]
You have a huge outdoor area inside. There was no oven arranged.
[02:14]
So you have the grills right here to work with Outdoor Kitchen, Gray Lounge area, as well as these fireplaces. You can ignite these, bring them up. Enjoy the space out here. You have a turf on this area. Really nice. And then, you know, it’s kind of bean bag chairs where you can just go like this and hang out and enjoy your time.
[02:44]
We have one hundred and eighty degrees views, we’re looking all the way south looking all the way north. The best news in Chicago is to be such a cool place to entertain, such a good place to come at night.
[03:28]
Right North and Vine, I’m not ready to tell time you guys ever know what these was like, clip shoes are even for I have no idea why you wear those things.
[03:38]
Anyway, we’re North and Vine. Awesome building, brand new apartment building in Chicago. Really good living room. You walk right into this unit. And how new is this building come out of something? They’re still putting it together, but we’ve got early access. We’re here in the model. They’re still working out these little things. But it looks sharp. Guys, I really like the way this looks. The black hardware, good tile, the sink definitely goes right here.
[04:03]
You can see what the tub looks like here. I like this tile. You’ll see how they used textured tile on the back here and then a smooth tile on the side. So it’s basically the same thing, but a little different. So subtle. A lot of distractions for your eyes. It’s not too busy. Really good storage above here. You always need more storage in the bathroom. And we have our closet that we the vanity with right now be an idea.
[04:26]
There’s a ton of space. They’ve built this whole thing out. It looks really good in here.
[04:31]
This is assumably the master because you have attached to the bathroom. I don’t know. I don’t know. We haven’t actually seen this in the bathroom yet.
[04:39]
So let’s see. This room is thirteen, six by ten, seven.
[04:49]
Really good sized.
[04:50]
I like how to use the single panel door. It’s called the Lincoln Park door. Walk through this living room. Lot of space. This is looking overlooking the pool. Come here. Check this out. And they’re rocking and rolling. Look, you can see the steam on the pool. It’s one of the only pools I’ve seen open. This is great. I love it. They’re keeping this available to the residents. It’s really nice to see that.
[05:12]
Check out this chair over here and see how cool this is. Little sit out, hang out area right there. These views, views are spectacular. It seems in every single unit. There’s nothing around here. It’s really onto itself in this area.
[05:26]
As soon it’s like right up against it. You could barely hear anything in here with the door closed.
[05:31]
I think they have some really good insulating windows, but we barely heard anything.
[05:40]
So it’s really good to hear. You can definitely tell they’ve taken the noise consideration into building this building and making sure that you’re not being woken up by that noise.
[05:57]
This closet is huge. I can fit completely in here all the way through. It’s big. I like how he did a real kitchen and clearly fit three chairs. No problem. You have a huge quartz countertop to work with. So much cutting space, so much baking space, so many areas that will carry anything along the style and the overhead lights are black and not obtrusive, shining straight down and illuminating everything you want. I really like this idea.
[06:32]
Very fashionable cabinets, all soft clothes.
[06:35]
Of course that would help smooth.
[06:37]
That was just touch the G appliances here. Your unit comes to some Stacie’s chips since PopChips.
[06:53]
Sometimes they a little too excited and maybe things aren’t installed properly. That’s OK.
[07:00]
Gas stove, which is so hard to fire in Chicago and this recirculates is not burnt out. I liked how they used forty two inch cabinets. Makes us feel very large if it’s really nice.
[07:11]
Backsplash style subway tile larger and thinner so it feels larger than it is nine feet on the ceiling.
[07:23]
You know these are black and white, but it’s kind of like a like an offset matte gray. It looks really good. I love the seamless hardware on the bottom. I’ll replace a very low profile. So check this out. This is the master. Yeah, I can tell just by being in here, but it’s nice. You kind of have to. Massas, that second bedroom leads right to the second bathroom, which is your guest bathroom as well, in the closet in between the nice layout.
[07:47]
I like that setup. So the room truly, really starts here. So let’s do that.
[07:54]
So we’re looking at almost 15 by 12, the average M. in Chicago is 15 by 12. So it’s really good space.
[08:04]
This is a room 15 by 12, then we have all this space back here to work with, so we have this huge hallway.
[08:11]
Look at this is this is huge. Come on.
[08:14]
I mean, enormous walk in closet. This closet. Yeah. Eight by almost eight. This is almost a perfect square. There’s so much to do with this. You wouldn’t have to build anything out here. This is all you need. In addition to that awesome master, forcing large walk in shower with a shower mean you rarely see a shower in apartments. I really like to see this here, that same tile design. This room’s very well lit as well.
[08:42]
I love to have the backlit led standard toilets. Nothing special. They’re really good space. I love the black hardware. It’s black everywhere in a really good job staging this. If you want to see one of these units, come check it out. Give us a call at. So this is studio can this feels pretty good. It’s super nice, but on top of that, it shows you what you can do with good decorating for a studio in Chicago.
[09:34]
There’s so much to see here. And it’s kind of hard when you’re in a mile sometimes remove the furniture from the unit. But I look at it as a way to design this actual unit because you can have this bed, you can buy that thing for your bike. You could put a couch right here just like they did. And, well, you may not have a coffee table, so you can figure something out and you can put your feet up on this.
[09:54]
But the room really lays out, well, they got a perfect desk area over there, another sitting area over here.
[09:59]
It really works to person island or peninsula, rather, gas stove, nice cabinets, full laundry, of course. And I’d say, most importantly, what do you think of studios? You have to have a lot of closet space before real walk in closet here, so you’re not going to be short changed.
[10:19]
So maybe you’re just in town every once in a while, maybe need a place to hang your hat. And this worked really well for that. Just have a studio place, city place. That’s a studio. This would work really well. But if you do want to for residents, I mean, look at all this cooking space. This kitchen is legit. This is a real kitchen, real space.
[10:36]
I wouldn’t do anything less than this on top of that. Nice. This bathroom. The bathroom’s real sharp, everything you do here is super big, too, with the stand up shower. Yeah, I’m digging in this part of the nicer studio we’ve seen all day and we’ve been in a number of buildings.
[10:59]
It looks really good. It’s spacious, it’s priced right. It’s new. So move in here. I thought this tile is tiles going like a diagonal pattern almost throughout my equilibrium. This is so cool. Backup back up up this wall. It’s so simple. This tile is the simplest, just boring tile. But you turn it on a little degree and it makes this awesome, awesome backdrop. Look where we are. We’re still at North Vyn newest addition to Chicago apartments.
[11:41]
This room is so big. There are so many places to go, so many directions I want to go that we want to go this way. But there’s so much space here. You have this prep kitchen right here, which is perfect warming drawers, OK, because you’re going to repair things outside. You’re going to repair in your unit and they’re going to bring it right here to put it here for warming, microwave, dishwasher, sink, coffee machine, whenever that’s working again.
[12:06]
And check out this enormous island over that awesome space here. We’re looking at, wow, 12 feet, nine inches.
[12:19]
When I hit the couch over there, it was at fifty one.
[12:23]
So this means this room is like 70 feet long. It is enormous. Absolutely huge.
[12:29]
So you prepare your meal outside, you bring it in here or you go to the dining table right here. Check this out. How cool. Seating for six comfortably. Maybe put someone at the head and definitely do that. Conference rooms. Check out this cool conference room. Super great, easy to use and just open the door. The light turns on. Hey, for all you millennials out there, you know what these are. And I’m thirty three, by the way.
[12:52]
I’m I’m young. I feel young. I am young. My version, like my generation’s version of us, was the eight track.
[12:58]
I never saw any track. But to see it like this is kind of cool, right?
[13:01]
Yeah. OK, another conference room right over there. This one is more loungy style in case you want to watch something. This is definitely set up for more of a conference room. And then I like this space right here.
[13:11]
It’s a lot of rooms in this building that I feel no matter if this building was at one hundred percent capacity, you could still fill it to where it is. Every little space, they’re all broken up. But then even when they’re large, there’s little individual spaces that you can occupy and utilize. I really like how the amenities are built out here. They really separate it without it feeling overly large or compartmentalized. It feels really good. Let’s check out more.
[13:39]
Do you see this backsplash with how sexy this back splashes? Sitting area shuffleboard, we’re going to get outside. Don’t wait, don’t worry, we’re going to get outside. Don’t you wait. Do wait. How cool is it to have an actual theater that you can use that can be private to you? And I love about this, too. Check this out.
[14:02]
You can actually close the door and have a private screening for you and your friends. Utilize this room to enjoy it right here.
[14:12]
Look how big this space is. All the lights turned down and off. They all they all work on Devers. They all turn up and down. The space has great TVs right there. You even have a bar right here. You don’t have to leave the room. The bathroom’s right next door. Everything you need is right here.
[14:28]
I really like how this is set up restrooms because, of course, you need restrooms. There’s four of them. So your guests aren’t waiting, so you’re not waiting. And the New Age vending machine.
[14:40]
And plus, of course, we have ice, right? Like half of union ice off. And how cool is it to have ice right here, huh?
[14:52]
Then we have this gym.
[14:54]
So this building just opened up. Nothing’s ever been used, but yet it’s only a few people here. So they’ve already saved over four hundred water bottles. So the being green, it’s cool. Look at this chip. Everything you need, state of the art, a few politicians back there, but literally bench squats, machines that over here, one point fifty on the free weights, which is good for most people. Mass yoga studio. More bikes in here, the TVs, you can watch one.
[15:34]
That is so cool, you know, balcony off the air and they just this is like integrated building, probably, but it’s pretty cool. That balcony off your yoga studio, you can just come out here, gets a win and get some air, feel fresh.
[15:48]
It’s nice you’re going to cook out here. They have tons of tables, chairs. Well, it’s got one grill to grill, three grill for Grill, five grill, five girls out here you can use with four quarters for separate areas where you can actually eat. Actually enjoy the time and hold on.
[16:13]
That’s the trend. We’re going to sit here. I was trying to the point that whole time, it’s really creepy. OK, come on. We have bags of corn or whatever you want to call it, right between here, all these separate sitting areas with four fireplaces and then this pool right behind us, you can see the steam coming off the pool. I don’t know if you see that and I’m not going to walk backwards.
[16:54]
I’m going to call the pool. Don’t you fall in the pool either. All these koban areas. All the sitting area.
[17:02]
Look at this. This water is actually warm. This is an apartment building. They want you to stay.
[17:07]
They need you to stay over condos. Think about it. Every pool in Chicago right now in a condo building is closed for this building. Wants you to stay here. They want to retain you as a residence. It’s a great advantage over apartments or apartments, over condos, because they want to keep you here.
[17:23]
So they’re going to make a living here as often as possible as opposed to a condo building. You never know what’s going to happen. You. A lot of rules imposed on you about a special assessment and positive things you may not want. Let’s check this out.
[17:34]
I really like the seating areas. You can just hang out, do what you want and a lounge. Can you imagine it? OK, and then give the same thing, a private seating area over here. I like how this is off to the side. It’s not near everyone else. You can actually enjoy it. You’re low here, so no one sees you. I don’t really see what’s going on anywhere else where I’m sitting right here and any of this hot tub.
[18:03]
Hot tub is hot. Yeah, it’s actually flowing, it is not lukewarm, it is not temp. It is actually hot.
[18:14]
This is a shower for rinsing off before you go home, but think about it, you could you could bring your pooch here, you can bring Fido, you can give a shower right here, hose them down. This is your dog washing station and your human washing station, all in one area in an apartment building. With that. I have. Haven’t. North and Vine, this is one of the coolest, newest buildings in Chicago. It’s crisp and ready for you to move in.
[18:41]
I know you want to see it reach out to us. Let’s show it to you. See if.
