Hey, come on, it was so snowies today we’re convertible apartment, this one so cute, we’re in the model.

I love this little section right here.

You can post up. You wouldn’t like to be seen. He’s been following me on Instagram. I think this is the coolest work set up until we do what you need to your position out here, like how open it is out here. You know, it’s a little industrial. We’re right by the Apple store. We’re in the Clybourn corridor area of Linkin Park of Chicago. If the co-op right there, we’re right off the river. One thing I really like about this convertible unit, you can see the whole menu level.

So you want to know what’s going on in the building. Maybe you seen some of that been looking to talk to. You can do that right here. Easy to look down on to. You can just see how large the menu level is here. And you can have really great sunsets here because we’re facing west. So what a great space to be in. I’ve always loved this location because there’s no location like in Chicago. It’s really onto itself, kind of the Clybourn quarter, but it’s hard to even call it.

I just call it the Eiffel Tower area. But I love this and point this out. Really good space in here. It works really well. It’s very efficient. I like how they were even able to fit in the sitting area, the bench right here. When you walk in, you put your shoes underneath. You use the whole wall for storage, too, if you need it to. Kitchen is right off to the side. Your laundry’s right here to see you.

Basically, all the things you’re going to be doing all in one section, a lot of counter space for a convertible. We were in a one bedroom before and I think this is actually better. And there’s more of it. This goes all the way around brand new appliances. It’s the new they call this graphite or glass, stainless steel. But this is the new appliance package that they’re going to be doing. I’m going to have one of these.

I like this. You can see where the above area goes.

So that’s what makes this a convertible. There’s no door but a better for plan that a lot of bedrooms because you lead right in through here. I’d say the only downside is that for one bedroom or for conferral, your guests would have to come through here into this bathroom, but really good space.

I like that they’re using all Elfa storage here. You can add whatever you need to. Very easy to organize. And you have a great space for a dresser right here. Top floor to ceiling windows and ceiling height just below nine feet. It feels nice, airy, very spacious in here. This bathroom is real large, too. Very wide, very easy to work with the tile, a full tub right here. Nice storage space, lots of storage space right on the side.

And that is fixed. And then all the drawers and storage here. And of course, everything is closed. That’s it. This convertible. Come see more units. Hey, come on in. It’s so easy because it’s a one bedroom plus den, you have really good office space right here to the right. We all need that extra flex space right now. So whether it’s an office, workout room, whatever you need, you have enough area to do it right here.

Really nice, spacious living room. You can tell us. Kind of half staged right now, but great place for a sexual great way to lay it out. And it shows you that even if you had this in here, there’s a ton of space right here. So you could do a stand up desk. We could set something up right here where you’re working a lot of work, a lot of room to work with, a lot of flexibility in what you do.

Even this right over here, like it’s kind of an awkward space, but yeah, it’s right here, you can use whatever you need to. I like just these little nooks in every unit because it gives you a little extra plake.

If you didn’t do dining, you’d have all of us to work with, but I think it is the perfect area to put a topper or something similar, something to work with right here. Then you have a full kitchen right here.

Looks like granite countertops.

These are the slate appliances. He’s just been upgraded in the whole building. And you can see this everywhere. Everything’s brand new. Everything looks really sharp, like, hey, of this pass through right here. So that’s kind of your drop. So when you come home and pull your things down, I like that you can access this from both sides. If you still want to have an appliance coffeemaker or whatever you have, you’d have it right here, but still have your mail daily things, your mass.

You want all that kind of stuff made out here for you. Of course, we have a washer dryer in unit that is right here, right. When you walk in for far away from the bedrooms, you’re not hearing it as much. And then that leads us to the bedroom right here. Really good flooring in here. I like how it’s even it’s more neutral. It’s not too dark. It’s not too light. Works really well in the space.

And right here in this strange Clybourn corridor area of Chicago, I say strangest because it’s like Linkin Park, but it’s not with the Apple stores right here. You got Arclight theaters right here. You Marianna’s right there. So grocery stores are super close. Really, whatever you need in the L stop, the red line is right there as well. It’s really a great location no matter what you’re doing in the city and you even have the director center right here.

So if you do judo, martial arts, fencing and all that in this facility, this is a really cool spot right here.

Really good space in here, 11 feet, even 11 by 13, eight now. I think it’d be very likely you put a bed on this side. Let’s see what we’re really working with, if you were to do that, so we went out to here and we went to that Colin. Your shortest distance is nine five, which is still plenty of space to work, even a king size bed in two nights, then to be able to make that happen here again, you have that little flex area right here to work with really good closet space.

We’ve seen Alpha and some of the units here, so maybe that’s an upgrade. Maybe that’s can request you have standard closets right here.

Right through the unit, right this way is the bathroom, it’s large, it’s off to the side. I like how it’s right when you walk in. So if you’re having guests, there’s no question on what to do. It’s like, hey, we put your jacket right here and come on in to my bathroom. Large, spacious, you could have tons of space right here if you need to put an additional piece of furniture to give you some extra space.

You heard that exhaust fan. It’s humming nice and hard and then standard tile right here. Very straightforward. Very easy. Come check it out. Hey, we’re in the one bedroom in Soho, is this awesome view behind me, you see that? You see what’s going on right here.

Right, close the old town right close to Lincoln Park, you can see St. Michael’s Church just peering in behind the building there with a great sky behind us. Everything is around us as great pizza. There’s great food. The Apple Store is right down the street. You’re shopping at Marianna’s and then we’re at this fantastic one bedroom.

It’s really laid out well, I like how spacious this feels when I’m sitting in this chair, I look around this room and it just feels big. Remember what I had going on here, as long as I kept it organized would be a good space. They’ve worked in a kitchen table right here, which is often hard to do. Nice, huge, long countertop right here.

So if you’re chopping, working, whatever you need to do, have enough space to work with the bedrooms right in the middle. And you have the view right onto the balcony from here. So you utilize both those spaces. Now we’re working with 13 to 911, so just call that 13 by 12.

In terms of the dimensions here, you can see how it lays out this is a queen size bed. This isn’t a four. So this works out really well. Easy.

Wake up to the church every morning. We up this beautiful sky right now. It’s looking really good enough space for a dresser right here. This is absolutely West Elm. I know, because I have the same nightstands, full organized closet right here. What I like about this is the big missiles mean, right?

Super big, really easy to work with. You can get underneath. You can going above. There’s a lot to play. Come right through here, laundry right in here. And then you have this bathroom.

If you’ve seen the bathrooms in any of the other units here, they all look pretty much the same, very straightforward. And then weave a coat closet right in the entry right here. Again, as always, let us know if you want to see one of these apartments. Hey, we’re at 19, 11 red, so we’re in a great location right by the Apple store. You can actually show you where we are to have this huge open balcony, completely unobstructed views for miles Miles.

Mariano’s is right over there, Apple stores right there, anything you want to do is within walking distance, super easy to access. I just can’t get over these views were here on a good day. This is even a great day. Imagine clear, sunny day being able to see everything.

You watch the snow come down, snow, winter, summer, spring, fall, any season. That’s going to be a beautiful you want these Balkany measurements. And so I’m going to go to the column.

So it’s really a usable space that’s 10 three. And if we want to go all the way out, we’re 11 one all the way right here. We’re six feet supergrid space to work with. I really like these four as these flowers are growing on me a lot. The more we’ve been showing these Ortiz’s kitchen, the replacing the appliances right now, brand new appliances for you, dishwasher. We’re going right there. And a new fridge going right here.

You could already tell what it looks like. They’re looking at this. This is the slate or black stainless steel by GE. This is split floor plan, a one bedroom of their one bedroom over here. This is the master. Let’s take a look at that really big room. OK, this feels enormous. And we’re thirteen one in that direction from the door because the door opens right from the door to the column. We’re eleven four. So it seems small for a master, but that is just completely usable space.

Now, if I close this door and go bam, we are fifteen seven. Right. So huge, enormous room. I like what they did here. This is someone’s balcony right on the other side. So they just put up some privacy film. Easy frosted. No problem. Complete discretion. I can’t get over the view. The view is so nice. You have all these new buildings around us to give new city Xavier, you have North and Vine right there, everything St.

Michael’s Church can’t say that enough. St. Michael’s Church is such a beautiful building. Look at bathroom right behind us. They do the double sinks, thankfully, and go into too many buildings when we see a two bedroom, two bath and there isn’t a double sink. Very nice to have this nice bathtub. Very straightforward, really great storage solutions right here.

A lot to see across the hall because there is no hall here, really. Right. There’s no wasted space with hallways. You go right into this other bedroom and this is just like the bedroom and the one bedroom. And I can tell by the closet it’s pretty much this exact same layout. But with a bedroom added on the other side, the really good spaces here, the closets are huge.

I can hide this way. I can hide that way. There’s really a lot of space to work with like that. You can see out of the balcony, you can see what’s going on. You’re not obstructing your view. It’s listening is glass panels to instead of using steel, which obstructs it, clear view all the way through.

So of course, we have a washer and dryer in Unit four right here. We have this in-between area, which is a great drop. You can put your purse, you can put your mask and put your wallet. They still have space for all the appliances here. I love this pastor. And look, you can even put seating right here if you wanted to. And you have a nice place to work with. Then, of course, a four whole bath right on this side, tons of storage.

I mean, atoms all over there. I’m all the way over here. But you can still move around in the space. Works really well for us. What we want to do is take care.
